Motion Watch provides two mobile applications:

• Motion Watch Recorder for capturing motion-triggered camera recordings
• Motion Watch Viewer for viewing recordings linked to your cameras

These applications are account-less. Users do not create personal accounts, and we do not collect personal profile information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment card details through the apps.

This Privacy Policy explains what information these apps collect, how it is used, and how it is stored.

1. Information We Collect

Motion Watch Recorder may collect:

• camera recordings created by the device
• preview thumbnails generated from recordings
• device identifiers used to register the camera
• pairing code and camera ID
• technical information required for secure upload and app operation

Motion Watch Viewer may collect:

• viewer/device identifiers
• paired camera information
• recording metadata such as timestamps and download status
• subscription or token status stored for app functionality
• support messages submitted through the app
• locally cached downloaded videos and thumbnails on your device

We do not collect:

• names
• email addresses
• phone numbers
• mailing addresses
• government ID numbers
• payment card numbers or bank account information

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• register and identify devices
• pair cameras with viewer devices
• upload, store, and display motion recordings
• enable playback, downloads, and deletion features
• restore app-related purchase status where applicable
• provide customer support
• improve app reliability and security

3. Cloud Storage and Processing

Recordings, thumbnails, device records, pairing records, viewer records, support messages, and related technical metadata may be stored on cloud infrastructure used by Motion Watch.

Motion Watch Recorder uploads recordings and thumbnails to cloud storage so they can be accessed by authorized viewer devices.

Motion Watch Viewer retrieves recordings and thumbnails from cloud services after a camera is linked by pairing code.

4. Deletion of Cloud Files

When a user presses delete inside the application, the related recording is deleted from normal app access and removed from cloud storage by the service workflow. Associated preview files are also deleted as part of that process.

Some files may remain only briefly during internal deletion processing, but they are not intended to remain available to users after deletion is requested in the app.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

Because the apps are account-less, we do not use the apps to collect personal identity information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers for resale or marketing.

Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, including:

• cloud hosting and storage providers
• service infrastructure used to deliver recordings and app functionality

Recordings are intended to be accessible only to devices authorized through the app's pairing and access systems.

6. Data Retention

Motion recordings and related preview data are retained only as needed for app functionality unless deleted earlier by the user. If a user deletes a recording in the app, the service deletes that recording and its related preview from cloud storage through the app's deletion workflow.

Support and technical records may be retained as needed to provide service, maintain app functionality, and respond to support requests.

7. Local Device Storage

The apps may store information locally on your device, including:

• app settings
• linked camera information
• cached thumbnails
• downloaded or encrypted video files
• local app state required for the app to function

You can remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage through your device settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect stored information and transmitted recordings, including signed device requests and restricted access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children's Privacy

These apps are not intended for persons under 18 years of age.

Because the apps can capture, upload, store, and display real-world video recordings, they should be used only by adults who understand what is being recorded and how the service works. We do not intend these apps for use by minors under 18.

10. Your Choices

You may choose whether to:

• pair a camera with a viewer device
• download recordings to your device
• delete recordings from within the app
• submit support messages
• uninstall the apps and remove local app data

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at the same policy URL with a new effective date.
